Implant Restoration

The implant is the foundation — the restoration is the tooth the world sees. We craft and repair implant crowns, bridges and implant-supported dentures.

Finishing — and Fixing — Implant Smiles

An implant without its restoration is just potential. Implant restoration is the craft of building the visible teeth on those titanium foundations: single crowns, multi-tooth bridges and implant-secured dentures. It's also the service you need when an existing implant tooth chips, loosens or simply looks tired — even if the implant was placed somewhere else, years ago.

What We Restore

Single implant crowns. A custom ceramic crown, shade-matched and shaped to disappear among its neighbours, secured to your implant with a precision connector.

Implant bridges. Missing several teeth in a row? Two or more implants can carry a fixed bridge — no denture, no involvement of natural teeth.

Implant-supported dentures. For patients tired of loose dentures, a few strategically placed implants transform a floating lower denture into a stable, confident bite. Options range from snap-on overdentures you remove for cleaning to fixed full-arch teeth.

Repairs and replacements. Chipped porcelain, loosened screws, worn attachments on implant dentures, or older restorations due for a refresh — we diagnose and restore implant work from virtually any era or origin.

The Restoration Process

Restoring an implant is precision work: we verify the implant's health and position, take a digital or conventional impression of the connection, and work with our laboratory to build a restoration that fits the implant exactly and meets your bite harmoniously. Fit, contacts and torque values are all verified before you leave — implants forgive nothing, so we check everything.

Protecting Your Investment

Implant teeth can't decay, but they aren't maintenance-free. The gum seal around each implant needs the same care as natural gums, and your bite should be checked regularly — implants lack the natural shock absorbers teeth have. Routine cleanings and exams here include implant-specific checks so small issues stay small.

Implant Restoration — Frequently Asked Questions

My implant crown feels loose — is that an emergency?

Call promptly, but don't panic. Often it's simply the small retaining screw loosening — a quick fix if addressed early. Continuing to chew on a loose crown can damage components or the implant itself, so book within days, not months.

Can you restore an implant that was placed elsewhere?

Usually, yes. We work with the major implant systems and can typically identify yours from records or x-rays. Bring whatever documentation you have and we'll take it from there.

What is an implant-supported denture?

A denture that clicks onto two or more implants instead of resting on the gums. Lower dentures especially benefit — instead of floating, the denture locks solid. Many patients call it life-changing.

How do I clean around implant teeth?

Much like natural teeth — brushing twice daily plus cleaning around each implant with floss or interdental brushes. Implants can't decay, but gums around them can get inflamed (peri-implantitis), which threatens the implant. Regular hygiene visits protect your investment.
