What should be included (ask, because it varies by office): records and digital scans, all aligner stages, tooth-coloured attachments, refinements (the "round two" aligners most cases need), progress visits — and critically, retainers at the end. The horror stories aren't rare, and fixing them costs more than doing it right once. Straightening teeth is a medical procedure; supervision is the product.
