Ways to Pay
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, debit and cash — and for insured patients, direct billing means your plan's portion never touches your wallet at all.
Monthly Payment Plans
For larger treatments — implants, full mouth restoration, Invisalign, smile makeovers — we offer flexible financing through a third-party payment provider, letting you split treatment into manageable monthly payments matched to your budget. Approval is typically quick, and our treatment coordinators handle the setup with you at the office.
Our Transparency Promises
- Written estimates before treatment begins — every time, no exceptions
- Pre-authorizations submitted to your insurance for larger work, so the numbers are confirmed, not guessed
- Phasing options — many treatment plans can be sensibly staged across months or insurance years, and we'll tell you which parts can safely wait
- No surprise billing — if something changes mid-treatment, we talk before we proceed
A Word About Cost and Timing
The most expensive dentistry is the postponed kind. A small filling today is a root canal next year and an extraction plus implant the year after — each step multiplying the cost. If budget is tight, don't disappear: tell us. Prioritizing urgent work, phasing the rest and arranging payments is a routine Tuesday for our coordinators, and the conversation is always judgment-free.
Billing Questions?
Most account questions are resolved in one phone call — (613) 491-3300. Our team can review your account, explain any insurance responses, and set up arrangements that work for your situation.
