New Patients Start Here

Your First Visit, Step by Step

1. Book it. Request online (about a minute) or call (613) 491-3300. Tell us if you'd like family members booked back-to-back — we're happy to build a block.

2. Do the paperwork from your couch. Our online forms autosave as you type and take minutes: start with New Patient Registration, and add the Medical History and Dental History if you have time. Prefer paper? Arrive 15 minutes early instead.

3. Bring the essentials.

• Your referral slip and any x-rays from the past six months, if applicable
• A list of medications you currently take
• Your insurance details (or card) — we'll handle the billing setup
• A parent or guardian must accompany patients under 18 at the first visit

4. The visit itself. Expect about an hour: an unhurried conversation about your history and goals, a comprehensive exam with digital x-rays where needed, usually a cleaning, and honest answers to every question. No lectures, no surprise bills, no pressure.

The Welcome Gift

Complete your new patient exam, x-rays and cleaning, and a free electric toothbrush goes home with you — our way of saying thanks for choosing us. (Kids love this part.)

The Money Part, Handled

We work with all insurance plans and bill directly whenever your plan allows — you pay only your co-portion at the visit. We accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), offer flexible financing through third-party payment plans, and take Visa, Mastercard, Amex, debit and cash. Estimates come in writing before treatment, always.
